A: We are located at 8472 Palm Parkway Orlando Florida, 32836. Locally, we are 5 minutes from Disney and 10 minutes from all other attractions. A:From Orlando International Airport
- Start out going North on Airport Blvd.
- Take the SR-528 West Exit (EXIT 1B) toward International Drive/I-4/Florida’s Turnpike.
- Merge onto 528 West.
- Take I-4 West via the Exit on the Left toward Tampa/Disney World.
- Take the SR-535 North Exit (Lake Buena Vista EXIT 68) toward Lake Buena Vista/Winter Garden.
- Turn right onto Palm Parkway (there will be an Olive Garden on your right hand side).
- Go straight and you will see Kobe Steak House on your right. Turn right and we are located next to Kobe Steak House at 8472 Palm Parkway.
From the Turnpike South:

Q: What are your hours?
A: Our lobby and phone hours are 8:30am to 7:30pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm.

Q: Am I going to receive vouchers or tickets?
A: You will receive your actual ticket to attractions. We do not send out vouchers, with the exception of Cirque Du Solei, Blue Man Group and Orlando Magic tickets. They all use vouchers for reservation purposes.
Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: We buy our tickets in large amounts from theme parks and attractions in order to receive discounted, wholesale prices. Then we pass our savings along to you. It’s that simple!
Q: What time do the parks open?
A: Most of the theme parks open around 9:00am. They generally close at around 7:00pm-11:00pm during the spring and summer and 5:00pm-9:00pm during the fall and winter. Times vary with each park depending on special events and the time of the year. We recommend looking up park hours on their respective websites as you plan your vacation.
Q: What time of the year are the busiest in the theme parks?
A: Holidays are the busiest times of the year at all the theme parks. For instance, you can expect a very crowded theme park during Christmas through New Year’s, Easter Week, and 4th of July week. The best months to visit are January and September or around the end of April, early February, the first two weeks of December, and Labor Day weekend. Of course, park attendance varies greatly with their introductions of special offers and discounts.
Q: Do the theme parks close down when it rains?
A: It rains on an almost daily basis in Orlando during the summer months. Fortunately, the theme parks have adjusted and will remain open during a storm. You can, however, expect some outdoor rides, parades, and outdoor shows to be cancelled during heavy rain, or the first sign of thunder. The good news is that the crowds will be smaller on rainy days!

Q: You sell tickets to so many different attractions! Which ones are right for me?

Q: Can I purchase 1 and 2 day Disney Tickets at a discount?
A: No, Disney does not allow us to sell single discount ticket admissions. The smallest discount Ticket that we are able to offer you is the 3 Day Magic Your Way Base Ticket.
Q: Are the Disney 1 and 2 day tickets any different then the ones you would purchase at the gate?
A: No, there is no difference. Our tickets are exactly the same as what you would purchase from a park gate, BUT lines at the gate can be daunting so book ahead with us and be prepared!
Q: Can I share a ticket with someone else? For instance, if I purchase a 3 day Park Hopper can 3 different people use it on the same day to get in?
A: No. All Disney tickets are non-transferable. To ensure the adherence to this policy, Disney parks scan your fingertips upon entering the park. This process ties your prints to your ticket so that you are the only one able to redeem any admissions remaining on the ticket.
Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: There are a few ways to go about receiving your tickets. If you decide to order online you have the option of shipping your package or having it delivered to your hotel. If you would like to call and place your order over the phone you will have the additional option of picking your tickets up within our office.
Q: Can I pick my tickets up at the park gate?
A: No, you may not pick your tickets up at the park. We purchase park tickets from the individual parks and therefore must sell from within our office. We can not hold the park responsible for anything.
Q: How far in advance should I order my tickets?
A: You should order your tickets at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us the maximum processing time needed to fulfill your order correctly.
Q: I’ve seen the same ticket somewhere else at a lower price. Will you match it?
A: If it is the same exact ticket, with the same exact restrictions, and if it is not part of a timeshare deal, yes, we will match it.

FREE Pickup at Our Location:
We offer a convenient location for you to pickup your order in Orlando. We are one of the largest ticket providers in Orlando, and with our large staff we are able to gladly fulfill all rush orders. Our convenient location (between Disney & Universal) makes this option the easiest and the most economical method to receive your tickets. Place your order now, and you can pick it up very soon! We recommend 24 hours notice to have the order ready upon your arrival, but we can satisfy last-minute orders.

Hotel Delivery:
If you will be arriving in Orlando within the next 7 days, this option will be the most convenient option for you. As one of the largest providers in Orlando, we have contracts with almost every major hotel in Orlando. Because of our great hotel relationships, we make the delivery to your specified hotel the day before your arrival. Upon checking into your room, simply ask the front desk clerk for your package. All orders are available for next day hotel delivery. Hotel Delivery orders must be placed Monday-Friday. (no deliveries are made Saturday and Sunday) Room reservations must be under the same name as the cardholder paying for the tickets.

Q: What if my tickets get lost in the mail?
A: It is very important that you input a correct mailing address when purchasing your tickets online. We are not responsible for customers who provide us with the wrong delivery address and no refunds or exchanges will be provided if the result of an incorrect address is a lost package. Once orders are placed, any address changes incur a $ 15.00 change fee. If the cause of lost tickets is not an incorrect mailing address, we will have to start a trace with UPS to figure out what happened to your package. This process usually takes about 8 days before we get a package status. Once we have recovered or receive an explanation from UPS regarding the package we may be able to resend your tickets to you. You may also choose to pick them up when you arrive if that is more convenient.
Q: How long will it take to get my tickets in the mail?
A: If you are sending your tickets by UPS Ground you should expect your tickets in no more then 10 days. For UPS 2nd day delivery expect your tickets within 5 days. Overnight shipping will usually get the package there the next day if the order was placed by 2pm that day.
