Another way to save lots of cash on your vacation is to choose your food options wisely. In fact, while the full service sit-down restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort will often times run you upwards of 20 to 30 dollars per meal, the quick service restaurants at the theme parks and hotels will also get you a large portion of food at half the price – and more importantly, will get you back on your way to exploring the park in no time! In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, one of the best places to get a quick service meal or snack is on Sunset Boulevard, one of the main streets of the park and home to the popular attractions of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith.
The first place you will come to on Sunset Boulevard is Sweet Spells, which is adjacent to the Villains in Vogue merchandise shop. Here, you can get a frozen fruit slush or fulfill your sweet tooth with a plethora of options, from candy and caramel apples (you can even have them custom-made with toppings – just ask!) to the many flavors of fudge and other small delights. On the same side of Sunset Boulevard, you will find Fairfax Fries and Anaheim Produce. Fairfax Fries will almost always have a line because of its main specialty – McDonald’s french fries, while Anaheim Produce sells healthier alternatives like fresh fruit and drinks such as a frozen lemonade drink.
Just beyond Anaheim Produce is the largest quick service stop on Sunset Boulevard. Tucked into the back behind the covered outdoor seating area is Rosie’s All-American Café, where you can get burgers, chicken strips, soups or salads. Rounding out the stations on the same side of the street are the Toluca Legs Turkey Co. (home to the famous turkey leg) and Hollywood Scoops, an ice cream stand that sits at the end of Sunset Boulevard just before you round the corner to the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster courtyard.
While these are the main quick service stops on Hollywood Boulevard, this street also offers a wide variety of smaller stands, including another ice cream/drink station in the middle of the street outside the entrance to the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater (along with a popcorn cart), a coffee bar outside the exit to the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, a drink and snack station in the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster courtyard and an entire quick service snack bar inside the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater that only opens once they begin seating for Fantasmic!
With all of the quick service food options on Sunset Boulevard, it is no wonder this is one of the most popular places in the entire park. Don’t miss out on all of the excitement that surrounds Sunset Boulevard or any of the other areas of Disney’s Hollywood Studios – get your discounted tickets today from OrlandoFunTickets.com!
